Nothing is sold through this website
No product is listed for sale here and no payment gateway is enabled, so this site does not take payments and creates no orders. Consequently there is no online purchase to refund and no checkout transaction to cancel.
The shop, cart, checkout and account pages exist only because WooCommerce creates them by default. They are excluded from search engines and are not part of the published service.
If you have paid a third party such as a host or a plugin vendor, that payment is between you and them, and their own refund terms apply rather than this page.
Where refund and cancellation terms actually live
Work is quoted and agreed in writing before implementation begins. Therefore the cancellation and refund terms that apply to a job are part of that written scope, agreed with you at the time, rather than a blanket rule published here in advance.
That is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. A single site-wide refund rule would have to cover a five-minute configuration fix and a multi-day recovery equally, and it would be wrong for at least one of them.
What to settle before you commit
Ask these before agreeing any scope, and expect the answers in writing.
- What is charged if diagnosis concludes the repair is not viable.
- What happens if you cancel after work has started but before it finishes.
- How work already delivered is treated in that situation.
- Who decides that scope has changed, and what happens next when it does.
Any provider who will not answer those in writing is telling you something useful.
Diagnosis is a deliverable
Where diagnosis is the agreed work, the written findings are the deliverable, and you receive them whether or not a repair turns out to be viable. In other words, an unwelcome answer is still the answer you paid for.
That record is yours to keep and to take elsewhere, including to another provider or to your host’s support queue.
What is not promised
No blanket refund window, no satisfaction guarantee and no fixed refund percentage is published on this site, because none is currently in force. Publishing one that had not been agreed would be a promise rather than a policy.
Equally, no statement is made here about statutory rights, corporate status or jurisdiction. Where those matter, raise them before work begins.
Questions
Ask about refund and cancellation terms via the contact form, ideally before agreeing a scope rather than after.
