What the contact form collects
The get help form has four fields: your name, your email address, a subject, and a message. Submitting it sends those four values by email to DuePress, and your address is set as the reply address.
Notably, the form does not save submissions into this website’s database. There is no stored ticket, no reference number, and no admin screen holding past messages. The email is the record.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, database credentials or card details. The form is ordinary email and is not suitable for any of them.
DuePress privacy in practice: who handles your message
Messages are delivered to a Google-hosted mailbox, so Google handles mail in transit and at rest in that mailbox. The website itself is served through Cloudflare, and the domain’s inbound mail routing is also handled by Cloudflare.
Both publish their own terms, and those govern what they do with data passing through them: Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Messages stay in that mailbox until they are deleted. To be straightforward about it: no automatic deletion schedule is currently operated, so no retention period is claimed here. If you want a message and its details removed, ask via the contact form and say what to delete.
What this site does not do
- No analytics or tracking scripts load. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no advertising pixel on any page.
- No third-party embeds. Pages link out to documentation, but nothing is loaded from another host into the page.
- No newsletter or marketing list. Nothing on this site subscribes you to anything.
- No public accounts. Visitors cannot register, and no comment form is published.
- No selling or sharing of anything you send.
Payments and commerce
WooCommerce is installed on this site, but no product is offered for sale and no payment gateway is enabled. Consequently this site does not currently take payments, does not create orders, and does not hold customer or card data.
The shop, cart, checkout and account pages exist because WooCommerce creates them. They are excluded from search engines and are not part of the published service. How money is handled if you engage DuePress is described under how pricing works.
Cookies and server logs
Browsing the public pages does not require a login and sets no analytics cookie. WordPress sets cookies only for someone signing into the administration area, which is not available to visitors.
Like any website, the servers and network in front of it record ordinary request information such as addresses, timestamps and error entries. That is a function of hosting rather than something this site collects deliberately.
Data you give during an engagement
Work on your site is a separate matter from this website. If you engage DuePress, access is requested at the lowest level the work requires and removed when the work closes, and credentials are never requested by ordinary email. Those rules are published under access and security.
Questions, and the limits of this page
Ask anything about DuePress privacy via the contact form. This page describes current behaviour only. It deliberately makes no statement about corporate status or jurisdiction, and it is not legal advice.
If any of the above changes, this page changes with it. See also the terms of service and the refund and cancellation policy.
